Testimonials

I couldn't have asked for a better therapist, not only was Suzanne there for me in a moment of crisis but her warmth and caring personality enabled me to open up and feel safe doing so. I love how she helped me to look into my fears and express the things I was too afraid to admit to myself. She always let me know that I wasn't being judged. I've come such a long way and I wouldn't be here now without her support. She is gifted.

I wasn't sure what to expect from counselling but Suzanne put me at ease immediately.  Each time we met, she emphasised the confidential nature of our time together, which was so important to me - she then waited patiently for me to initiate the discussion.  Sometimes there were tears; other times laughter but I always left our sessions feeling 'lighter'.  Her gentle but encouraging nature allowed me to re-discover strengths that had been hidden for too long.  Happily, my life is improving slowly.
