I recognise the first steps to counselling can be difficult, therefore during our first session, we would 

-Discuss the reasons and purpose for you seeking out counselling

in a relaxed, safe, warm environment.

-We can then talk about what as a counsellor, I can offer you.

-Then allowing you the autonomy to decide if you would like to continue to work together.
